most likely it would sound silly, since it sounds like you are calling your girlfriend royalty. But if the girlfriend likes it, then it's cute.

My name is ~ and I'm taking your "College English" class. My class number is ~. I want to inform the reason why I was absent from the 5th-week class on October 1. I couldn't take the class at 11:30 AM because I had Pfizer vaccine at 11:00 AM. I apologize for not telling you before the class in advance.
