Thinking that "good morning" is "Bonjour" in French is a common mistake from English learners! ^^ As @Meouw said, we don't say "Good morning" in French, only "Bonjour" from the morning to the evening, when it changes to "Bonsoir (good evening)".
Good morning / Hello = Bonjour Good evening = Bonsoir
Also sometimes you'll probably hear French say "bonjour" when It's already night time, don't worry It's just a mistakes it happens quite a lot even me I say it xD mostly because "bonjour" is formal and used everywhere no-one will get offended and that's cool.
@Adrien_FR OK I haven't say it correctly It's evening I would say, and yes I do quite a lot this mistakes and I hear it quite a lot too so It's also experience, I guess you are with people well educated :(
