what's the difference between "treat" and "relate" and "refer"?

woman say it to man (she means the man ignores her)
"why aren't you referring to me?"
"why aren't you treating to me?"
"why aren't you relating to me"?

here, which preposition and verb should I put?

she treats to you as/like a dog (like/as)
she refers to you as/like a dog
she relates to you as/like a dog,
break up with her immediately!
