I think it would be a good idea to put either a comma or – that – after “surprised“, to make it read better.
It’s not a very common thing to say “I am purely surprised“, but if the context justified it, it would be acceptable.
To be honest, the whole thing sounds more like song lyrics and it does something that someone would actually say.

@isthmus_x Thank you. I’ve followed your advice and changed the sentence. What do you think now?
“I’m quite surprised that she’s a wily siren.”

@isthmus_x Alright! So is it common for Americans to use “siren” to refer to a woman who is alluring but dangerous?
- Anglais (USA)
@studiousme The “quite surprised…” sounds better, but in daily conversation, a typical American would say, “I’m really surprised…”
Also, no one would EVER say “wily siren”. Nobody ever says wily” anymore and no one ever says “siren” [when referring to a woman]. That REALLY old fashioned. “She is a really cunning and tricky woman” would be the way to say it, since that what wily means, but nobody would say it like that. It sounds weird.
The typical person would just say more, ex. “She’s really tricky woman. She uses her looks to get what she wants.” If that is what you mean by siren. The term means “a woman who uses her looks/sexual attractiveness to get men.”

That is the commonly understood meaning, but it is not commonly used.
It’s generally considered to be sexist and ugly to refer to living women as if they were mythological creatures.
My personal recommendation is that you do not use this word to people that you do not know. Your use of it might be balanced by some kind of nuance or joking, but people are not going to be inclined to understand that. They are going to think that you are being abusive and rude.
