Amendments to Service.- According to the characteristics of Service or the FOLDAN may perform alterations in the systems, facilities, and any other aspect that may be required, in accordance with the legislation. Likewise, may amend the conditions and characteristics of the Service, which are different from the ones referred to the remuneration (amount, mode and opportunity of payment which shall be governed by the regulatory rules in force), in accordance with the effective/ effectiveness legislation.
