Question à propos de Anglais (USA)

As you know we can use set events that will happen in the near future such as
1) She goes to the cinema tomorrow. - Present Simple but refers to future

2) We're going out tomorrow. - Present Continuous but refers to future

3) I shall go to university tomorrow. - Future Simple

Okay, Future Simple clear for me ( as structural and according to the meaning but
Present Simple and Present Continuous I cannot say the same thing.

How can I differentiate Present Simple from Present Continuous tense form? both of them refer to Future.
