1) She goes to the cinema tomorrow. - Present Simple but refers to future
2) We're going out tomorrow. - Present Continuous but refers to future
3) I shall go to university tomorrow. - Future Simple
Okay, Future Simple clear for me ( as structural and according to the meaning but

Sometimes the difference between simple and continuous is:
- simple means it'll happen many times
- continuous means it'll happen just once
"We're meeting on Monday." = only one meeting
"We meet on Monday." = one or more meetings
"Bill goes to France in the summer." = he goes every summer
"Bill's going to France in the summer." = he's only going this summer

Sometimes the difference is:
- simple is something scheduled (out of the subject's control)
- continuous is something the subject has planned
"The plane leaves in 30 minutes." = scheduled
"The pilot's taking off in 30 minutes." = planned
"Final exams start in two weeks." = scheduled
"The teacher's giving us the final exam in two weeks." = planned
