How long have you been living in Paris?* it’s totally correct, it’s present perfect continuous :)

if the action is still continueing, it's present perfect continious
if a person you talk to doesn't live in paris anymore it's present perfect

@thesunnysun in this context present perfect and present perfect continuous have exactly the same meaning:
"How long have you lived in Paris?" ==
"How long have you been living in Paris?"
If the person does not live in Paris now, you use past simple:
"How long did you live in Paris for?"
