What's the context? It could be a direct sentence meaning a curve was or will be destroyed. It could refer to anything that interfered with something that curves, such as a curve ball in baseball. It could be mathematical but I'm not sure when that would be relevant. It could be a myriad of things depending on context.

yes. For example, there is a statistical distribution of grades that is often called the curve. A normal curve means more people do well, some really well and some not so good. Grades that cluster at really good or really bad "destroy" the "normal" curve. Also one or a few really high scores change the shape of the curve.

I was reading an online article on women working in tech, and it criticized that women were expected to be good at everything to be accepted in the industry. It said,
"That we’re only worthy if we can destroy the curve in the algorithms class and write beautiful lines of code while painting our nails."
I guess here it means women need to do very well in class (so it destroys the normal curve).
